I help people buy, sell and rent out property in Dubai. Clients come from the UK, Europe, Russia and the CIS, and from the UAE itself. I work in English and Russian.
I have worked in real estate for over six years. In St Petersburg I went from agent to running a sales team of 35 to 60 people, then headed sales at a developer-side company. Since 2026 I work in Dubai at FOR YOU Real Estate, where I run off-plan, resale and international partners.
What I bring to a client is simple: I check every price against registered deals, I say so when a unit is not worth it, and I stay on the deal until the keys and the first tenant.
